FAQ

What type of print am I getting?
The printer I use has a Noritsu 3111, which produces very fine quality prints true to color and depth. The artwork in question is personally scanned by myself at 300 dpi and color corrected to match the original. The paper is Fuji Crystal Archive Paper.
How do you ship the prints and/or artwork?
I use sturdy mailing tubes, and enclose the print(s)vin a poly bag and roll them lengthwise into the tube. If the print/artwork is smaller than 12 x 18, I will mail it in a flat, sturdy envelope. Original artwork is shipped flat.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow up to two weeks for the order to be mailed, though it will usually only be 3-5 days. If circumstances demand that you need the purchase earlier, please inform me and I'll do my best to comply.
Do you offer insurance or tracking for your shipments?
All shipments made within the United States include tracking. The cost of this is included in the shipping and handling cost. Once the shipment has been mailed, I will update you with the tracking number. I only offer insurance on original artworks, which is also reflected within the shipping and handling cost. If located outside of the US and you would like tracking, please inform me as you make your order and I will quote you on the added pricing.
What if my print/artwork arrives damaged or is lost?
In the case of a damaged shipment of print(s) arriving, please document the damage and email me at she at kellymckernan.com. I will arrange to send you a replacement order provided that you cover the shipping and handling cost. In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can recover the cost with the insurance. In the case of a shipment being lost, I cannot consider a shipment being lost until one month has passed the original shipment date. Once past this time, I will send a replacement order provided you cover shipping and handling costs.
What about commissions?
I do take commissions! Please email me at she at kellymckernan dot com with your idea, the size, materials, and any other pertinent information and I will quote you a price and time frame.
